TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Initial ApartHotel HuaHin and Initial Express HuaHin (“Hotels”)

NOTES!

1. Above rate is applicable for FY2017.
2. Maximum occupied without extra charge: for 2 persons
3. Add + breakfast with THB 150 /person/ night and THB 100 /person/ night for adult and child in respectively.
4. Add + maximum one extra bed : THB 500/ person/ night
5. Less - Breakfast during Holiday period would be discounted for THB 190 /room/ night.
6. Check in: 14.00 hrs, Check out: 12.00 hrs
7. For monthly inclusive all type, 5% discount would be given when cash payment use for room settlement in full amount.
8. InitialHH reserves the right to amend or modified these rate and condition when necessary without notice at any time.

RESERVATION POLICY
Confirmation and reservation supporting documents will be sent by email.

Low Season
- For 1 – 3 night (s) stay, Full pre-payment is required within three (3) days of a booking being made with Hotels.
- For more than 3 nights stay, A 50% deposit is required within three (3) days of a booking being made with Hotels and another 50% remaining must be paid upon check-in.
High Season/ Holiday/ Long Weekend
- Full pre-payment is required within three (3) days of a booking being made with Hotels.

Please fax: +66 (0) 32 510 113 or email (info@initialhuahin.com or rsvn@initialhuahin.com) a pay-in slip any time a payment has been made as it will be used as a confirmation to your reservation. On Check-in Date, please bring it and shown to reception as your reference.

If the required deposit payment is not received within three (3) days, Hotels reserve the right to void the Guest’s booking request.

DEPOSIT POLICY
ALL Season: Deposit is non-refundable.

AMENDMENTS POLICY
Low Season
No refunds are provided for any amendments
High Season/ Holiday/ Long Weekend
Our amendment policy will apply only once your booking is confirmed. All booking amendments (i.e. reduction of stay, number of rooms, number of guests, or change of dates) are subject to availability and rate at the time of amending your reservation.
- If the amendment results in a refund of payment (reduction of stay, number of rooms, or number of guests), a handling fee will be charged equivalent to 50% of the amount to be refunded which must made more than twenty (20) working days before check-in date.
- All amendments made less than twenty (20) working dates before check-in date will be charged in full amount or no refund will be made.
- Amendment such a change of dates made up to twenty (20) working days prior to arrival will be subject to a Bht 300 administrative fee per night. Less than twenty (20) days is not allowed for any change.
- Amendments are only effective when we have confirmed by email.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY
The cancellation policy below applies to all bookings unless the Hotels you have booked with has different terms and conditions to those stated below. It is in your best interests to be aware of any cancellation policies that apply and fees that you may incur as a result of a cancellation.

Any policies dictated by the Hotels will always take precedent over the policy stated here.
• Low Season: (1 May to 31 Oct)
No refunds are provided for any cancellation.
• High Season: (1 Nov to 30 April)
- +30 Days prior to arrival
There is a Bht 300 administrative fee
- 30-15 Days prior to arrival
A cancellation fee are one (1) night charge plus a Bht 300 administrative fee
- 14-8 Days prior to arrival
A cancellation fee is 50% of your full booking amount
- 7-0 Days prior to arrival/ No show
There is a cancellation fee of your full booking amount
• Holiday/ Long Weekend
- +60 Days prior to arrival
There is a Bht 300 administrative fee
- 60- 45 Days prior to arrival
A cancellation fee are one (1) night charge plus a Bht 300 administrative fee
- 44-31 Days prior to arrival
A cancellation fee is 50% of your full booking amount
- 30-0 Days prior to arrival/ No show
There is a cancellation fee of your full booking amount.

 

NO SHOW POLICY
• The Hotels cannot make a refund if you fail to show up at the time and on the day specified in the reservation without notifying us in advance and receiving our confirmation of cancellation. The cancellation charges are calculated by reference to the schedule below.
• If you fail to show up before 18:00 hrs on the day specified in the reservation, Hotels reserve the right to change your reservation and your deposit will be non-refundable.

REFUND POLICY
Please note that refunds will be made in the form of VOUCHER with validity of three (3) months except its caused by Hotels.
• In case of refund due to the cancellation policy or amendment policy, financial charges (i.e. bank transfer fee, etc) will be deducted from refund amount.
• All credit card or cash refunds will be processed in a timely manner. The refund process is dependent on your billing cycle with the credit card company. Once the refund instructions leave our office it can take anywhere from 10 - 45 working days for the proceeds to arrive in your account.

CHIDREN AND EXTRA BED POLICIES
• All children are welcome.
• One child under eleven (11) years stays free of charge when using existing beds.
• All older children or adult are charged Bht 400 per night when using existing beds.
• All older children or adult are charged Bht 700 per night for extra beds.
• The maximum number of extra beds in a room is one (1).

2nd ROOM KEY REQUEST POLICY
• Room Key Card will be made available for one (1) per room.
• Replacement cost for lost/late keys is Bht 500 per card or which is charged from Room Key Deposit at first your check-in date.
• For the 2nd Room Key request, an extra of Bht 200 would be charged for additional Room Key request plus a Bht 500 for the 2nd Room Key as Deposit on cash basis.
• Maximum Room Key request per room is only two (2).

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT POLICY

Typical check-in and check-out times are 14:00 hrs and 12:00 hrs respectively unless stated otherwise. Hotels will work to accommodate the Guest’s actual arrival and departure times, subject to availability.



EARLY CHECK-IN POLICY
Check-in time is 14.00 hrs.
Any Request for early check-in is subject to room availability and should be communicated to the Hotels reservation department 48 hours prior to arrival.
• From 12.00 hrs till 05.00 hrs 100% of room charge will be applied.
• From 05.00 hrs till 10.00 hrs 50% of room charge will be applied.

LATE CHECK-OUT POLICY
Check-out time is 12.00 hrs.
Any request for late check-out is subject to availability.
• Late check-out after 12.00 hrs till 18.00 hrs 50% of room rate will be charged.
• Late check-out after 18.00 hrs 100% of room rate will be charged.
In the event of early departure (where the departure date is modified after guest check-in), the Hotels reservation the rights to charge compensation equal to 100% of the original reservations.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY

A security deposit is payable directly to the Owner of Hotels by CASH upon registration on arrival at Hotels. The owner has the right to charge for any damages to the property on a case-by-case basis. Any additional charges such as Late check out, Loss on Room Key, Additional Expenses incurred on the Guest’s behalf e.g. any incidental additional charges for goods, services which have not been directly paid by the Guest, and in the case of damages, the cost of replacement or repair for any loss or damage to the property or its surrounds caused during the rental period. If this cost cannot be reasonably determined prior to the Guest’s departure, the Owner is entitled to charge a reasonable estimate from the Guest’s security deposit, and will return any balance to the Guest as soon as possible after the actual cost has been determined.
